Benefits of Occasional Nightmares

Just like AI requires positive cases to learn the correct labeling of situations and negative cases to understand what not to do, humans learn from both good and bad experiences in life. However, we don’t necessarily need to go through a negative experience to learn from it. This is where bad dreams come in.

For example, I have often dreamt about falling from a building or being in an accident. These dreams have taught me to be extra cautious near rooftops or while driving. Bad dreams are critical for our survival because they help us anticipate and avoid dangers, ensuring that we value our life, relationships, and everything around us properly.

Or maybe I choose to process my bad dreams as learnings.
