I was listening to Dara Khosrowshahi and he said that in long run economics of scale win when it comes to any business. With AI in picture who wins Uber, Tesla, Waymo or someone else? It depends on how much excess money can your business generate and put back into it. With Open Source AI model like DeepSeek in picture it is empowering entrepreneurs and tech companies with cutting-edge capabilities like of Google and Open AI at little to no cost in R&D.
Now, when new software and services are created it other costs will be really important the CAC, Fixed Costs, Operational Costs, Scaling Costs, Operational Costs.
